I have been teaching yoga full-time in the SF/Bay Area since 2010, and am currently teaching in person at YogaKula Berkeley and Green Yogi Berkeley. I also offer audio yoga and meditation classes on the online platform Patreon.
I am thrilled to lead since 2015, an annual Happiness Yoga Retreat to Xinalani, Mexico, and a weekend annual Spring Retreat in Northern California at Ratna Ling since 2024.
In the past, I have had the honor of teaching at Castro Room, Firefly Yoga Studio, Yoga Tree, Nest Yoga, Academy of Art University, International Orange, Glow Yoga & Wellness, Urban Flow, Zazen, Flying Yoga, You & the Mat, Esalen, Craigslist, Ubisoft, Tishman Speyer, OLLY, and privately.
I have been honored to serve on the Yoga Tree Teacher Training Faculty, Spring 2019 and Spring 2020. Most recently, I have served as a Guest Teacher in Laura Burkhart Yoga Teacher Training, 2022 and 2023.
I am very thankful to my teachers, students, colleagues, friends, and family for their support of my yoga love!
