Enjoy some time-off from everyday life during this one-day yoga retreat at beautiful Green Gulch Farm. Green Gulch Farm Zen Center is located in Marin County, seventeen miles north of San Francisco. It is located on 115 acres in a valley that opens out into the Pacific Ocean. With space given for attention to yoga practice, the presence it cultivates, deeper states of peace and joy will reveal themselves. Connect with like-minded others and enjoy a day of community, yoga, and nature!
Sample schedule is as follows:
9:45am: Suggested arrival time
10-10:30am: Welcome Circle/Introductions/Opening chat
10:30-12:15pm: Vinyasa Flow Practice
12:15-1pm: Lunch
1-3pm: Free time for hike, gardens, beach, relaxation
3-4:30pm: Gentle restorative practice, yogic breathing, mantra, & meditation
4:30-5pm: Closing Circle
Coffee and tea service will be provided and includes fresh coffee, hot water, an assortment of teas, milks (soy, oat, rice, dairy, almond), and sweeteners.
You are welcome to bring your own lunch or a delicious vegetarian lunch can be provided for an extra $15: Meals are vegetarian prepared by GGF Kitchen Staff, served buffet style from their dining room, and may include dairy and eggs. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. If you have food allergies, alternatives may be arranged with advance notice and Green Gulch will try to accommodate requests as best they can. Please remember that they are a small monastic community and have limited capacity to accommodate strict dietary requests.

Please note: Due to the nature of retreat center reservations, all payments are non-refundable
Important: Green Gulch requires proof of full vaccination and guests are required to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of their arrival for a PCR test or within 24 hours for a rapid antigen test (test can be from a lab or home test). Mask requirements are subject to change in consultation with local mandates. Guests are required to wear KN95 masks in any indoor space not designated for their group. Masks are optional in the practice space. Please note these guidelines are subject to change.
